Minimum required to get started:

  • Asking price
  • Property and title status
  • Location with Google Maps pin
  • Photos (optional but helpful)

No upfront cost

Standard commission is 5% of the selling price, earned on successful sale only. Nothing is charged until the deal closes.

Co-broking welcome

If you are a licensed broker or agent representing the owner, we co-broke on a 50/50 commission split. Submit the property and select "Licensed Broker / Agent" on the form.
